1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FreshHarvest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. 15-Minute Delivery Promise

Freshness is our standard. For participating zones, we strive to deliver within 12-15 minutes. Heavy monsoons, road closures, and large festivals may delay shipments. Our "15-minute guarantee" is part of our commitment to the fastest service in Nepal.

3. Product Integrity

Our staff personally inspect every piece of produce sourced from local farmers. If an item arrives bruised or not meeting your standard, we offer immediate replacements. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

4. Mobile Accounts

Your identity is verified via your Nepali (+977) mobile number. You must safeguard your account and provide accurate contact details for the delivery courier to ensure safe handoff.

5. Service Areas

FreshHarvest currently operates in Kathmandu and the Lalitpur/Bhaktapur metropolitan areas. Expansion plans for Pokhara and other major hubs are currently underway.
